WINEGARD'S TRAINING PROGRAM GOES ONLINE

BURLINGTON, IOWA - June 27, 2007 - Winegard has launched a NEW online training program that will reach dealerships and technicians nationwide. The online program is particularly useful to participants because they can tailor the training to meet their individual needs:  Users can pick and choose which courses to take, when they want to take them.  Since it's online, training can be done at any time of the day, 365 days a year.  Courses are all self-paced, allowing users to go back, fast forward, stop or restart the training at any time.  Sessions typically last under 30 minutes and there is no cost to participate.

For the past year and a half, the Winegard Mobile Training Center has been traveling across the country, training more than 1,350 techs at 450 dealerships nationwide.  Dealerships that haven't had the opportunity to receive on-site training won't have to wait any longer, and those that have had on-site training will be able to get new technicians trained and up to speed quickly.  Technicians that have already received on-site training will also be able to benefit from the online training to learn about new products as they are launched or to get a 'refresher' on a particular module.

"We've had terrific success with our Mobile Training Program, and this online program is a natural extension of that," said Aaron Engberg, Manager of Winegard's Mobile Products Division.  "Adding an online component complements the on-site training to make our training program the best, most comprehensive program of its type anywhere in the RV industry."

Dome Satellite Training is the first course that will be available July 1, 2007.  It will cover proper installation and set up procedures, along with some troubleshooting tips for the Movin' View® and RoadTrip® satellite TV antennas.  Soon to follow will be a session on the HD Satellite Interface Box and DIRECTV® HD Converter, along with a separate session on DISH Network(TM) and DIRECTV receivers.

To access the online training, simply visit www.winegard.com/dealer, and click on the training link. For those looking to fulfill RVIA continuing education credit requirements, online tests also will be available. Winegard courses will be good for one hour per training module toward RVIA continuing education. All tests are taken online and automatically scored.  Certificates will be mailed out at a later time.
