Becomes W3 Wealth Management
FAIRLAWN, Ohio –The Evergreen Group, LLC, a leader in the
Akron financial community, is changing its name to W3 Wealth Management,
LLC, effective July 1, 2006.
Please note, W3 Wealth Management IS IN NO WAY affiliated
with the Evergreen Investment Corp., also of Akron, and currently
under suspension from selling securities.
The new identity incorporates the various disciplines in which
the firm specializes: wealth planning, accumulation and protection.
“It’s important to note that while our name is changing,
this firm remains dedicated to helping our clients realize their
financial goals through a multi-disciplined approach,” said
Shelby D. Morgan, a principal in W3. “We have built our
reputation in the Akron community through this commitment, and
this will not change.”
In addition to Morgan and Frank P. Bevilacqua, II, CPA, also a
principal, the firm has three directors from the financial and

CPA, of Winer & Bevilacqua, Inc.; as well as Richard W. Ashley
