Winegard introduces RoadTrip^® Minimax™ ultra-compact satellite TV antenna

BURLINGTON, Iowa – (Sept. 14, 2009) – Winegard Company introduces the RoadTrip Minimax ultra-compact roof-mounted RV satellite television antenna. A perfect combination of the Winegard 12” RoadTrip Antenna and the Carryout^® Automatic Portable Antenna! The RoadTrip Minimax is the most powerful, reliably-performing antenna in the sleekest, smallest housing possible.

Its ultra-compact size, (15” high x 20” diameter and just 13.5 pounds) requires minimal roof space, while the enhanced antenna design, coupled with a high-gloss rounded dome, provides maximum signal reception.

The fully automatic one-button on/off stationary antenna is equipped with DVB technology for fast, automatic satellite acquisition. The RoadTrip Minimax antenna can view one satellite at a time and features automatic toggling to switch between satellites seamlessly while parked. It supports two receivers so you can watch different programs on two TVs at the same time, as long as the programs are located on the same satellite.

RoadTrip Minimax delivers all standard and HD programming for DISH Network^® (110º, 119º and 129º) and Bell TV^® (82º, 91º). Viewing HD programming requires an HD-ready TV and an HD Receiver, sold separately. For DIRECTV^® subscribers, the RoadTrip Minimax provides standard DIRECTV programming. Not compatible with Ka-band satellites.

Power and coax cables are included, and mounting feet come attached for quick and easy roof-top installation. The Winegard RoadTrip Minimax also features a panel mount for easy cable connections.
